Customer service is not ideal. Good quality is average. Typical mall restaurant. Great to get a slice in a rush but not cuisine.

Terrible terrible!! Very disappointed looked like no effort was put into this food at all! Salad slice just salad no flavor, no... cheese no dressing. Chicken wings is dry and no flavor!! Counter person eating an ice cream and not paying attention tocustomers. First time and last time going there. This was for my sons birthday all he asked for was this! All he wanted was anice dinner. Phone in order 1 chicken cutlet parmigiana with extra sauce on the side, 1 fried chicken cutlet with lettuce & tomatoes nothing... else. They asked if I wanted dressing on the side I said no. Simple order right? Not so much, no sauce on the side, I get oiland vinegar instead. Open the other one and it?s loaded with dry Italian seasoning, when I called them they confirmed they madea mistake with the dressing and sauce but insisted they didn?t put the seasoning on the second hero. While the pizza is very good the staff isn?t very friendly. I usually order delivery with no issues. Tonight I decided to come... in person instead as I didn?t want an entire pie, the website says open until 10pm. Got there at 925, the door was wide open andimmediately I was shooed out the door with ?ummm sorry we?re closed?. Change your hours and close your door then. What a wasteof time. Read more
