A 1 hour wait, to get food from McDoanld, unprofessional staff! unacceptable! I pulled up to this place at 2:23 AM, while... starving. After check in at the speaker, TWICE stating I am picking up my mobile order the staff tell me to go to the secondwindow WITHOUT taking my code. AFTER 20 MINUTES WAITING IN LINE, the staff at the window told me "They did not punch you in,just go around, I cannot punch you in here." ANOTHER 30 MINUTES WAIT. Would give a zero star if I can. Store is clean. Daytime staff is wonderful. I've been coming to location for over 20 years, few small hiccups over the years but... this location is great because they are 24/7 and have 2 speakers for ordering, convenient location and friendly staff. Onlylocation that never burns the English muffins lol Read more
I don't eat McDonald's often but when I do this place always gets it wrong. They are incapable of following the order... directions. They either cant read or sadly don't care. Food is cold. ?Lisa - This is a very good McDonald's. It is conveniently located right off the 95 expressway. Their service is fast and their... employees are pleasant. Willing to fix any mix up that may occur. The store is keep very clean and fresh. They have multipledrive-thru check out lines and they also have an overwhelming amount of parking. Their food is always hot and fresh.
