The best place for Italian ices in my hometown of Farmingville! I stop here every time when I'm visiting from Maryland! :)

Fun stop! I've seen a bunch of Italian ice signs around, and it's not something that AZ has a ton of. I'm glad I chose this over... DQ today. The young ladies were helpful and patient, as has been my experience here on LI. I was glad there wasn't a line behindme. There's an arrow on the door that points you to the serving window, so I'm not sure if the lobby is open or not. I had a"twister," or ice cream/ice/ice cream on top. In the larger cup you can get 2 or 3 flavors of ice--and there are about a millionflavors to choose from. I had 2 water-based ices (there are also creamy ices), and the flavor and texture were on point. The icecream in this case was soft serve, and had a very creamy texture, more like a custard, with a nice vanilla note. The menu is soextensive that I'm going to have to come back a few times to sample other items. I'm looking forward to trying a sundae withsome of their fresh toppings. Read more

It's been a while since I visited a Ralph's and I have to say I was surprised at the vast menu! Great ice cream (hard and soft... serve), shakes, acai bowls, and ice selections. Employees are nice and attentive. Place is clean. Read more

I come to this location very often and usually never have any problems. However after visiting last night I will never be... returning again and will be finding a new location I purchased four different items One of the items had severe freezer burn anddidn't taste right after returning to the counter within minutes and explaining that it tasted bad and tasted like it hadfreezer burn them manager said well there's nothing I can do about it you would need to purchase a new one I have neverexperienced this type of customer service at this location and due to this will never be returning. Was fortunate enough to live just a few minutes away from this location. They do a great job there. Always serve me with a... smile. Of course the ices taste amazing. My 2 favorite flavors are rainbow and cookie monster. They always take it as achallenge when i ask for the biggest squeeze cup of rainbow they can give me. See the pics lol. Love me some Ralph?s!
