Waited on the drive thru line for I kid you not 20 minutes this morning, the whole time the line barely moved and it caused me... to be late to work. I?m not sure what?s going on. Some days they?re fast and some days it?s absolutely ridiculous how slow theyare. And then when you pull up to the drive thru you see a bunch of workers just talking and having fun and barely even working.Not to mention 3 times now my drink has not even been correct. I will not be coming back here in the mornings, they seem to notunderstand that at 630am people are on their way to work and aren?t just going there bc they don?t have anywhere to be. Read more
The store manager is super awesome and hosted an event where you could come in and paint pumpkins for free. Super cute!!! My... daughter had a blast. This is the only Starbucks where I'll use the drive through. Its truly accurate and efficient than some other locations. If... there is any type of long line(which there usually isnt) dont worry because it moves quickly. Read more
There's only so many times you can keep giving a store a 2nd chance, I gave 5. They continually are giving wrong orders. I... literally received warm milk on 1 occasion. Just now ordered a Chai tea which they never get right & a croissant that was socold I could feel it through the bag. As I was leaving another patron was aggravated that she was leaving empty handed becauseher order was wrong. Sorry but this has to be the worst store ever & now I'm done. Get it together Starbucks & train your staffproperly. For the insane prices of you coffee, which I gladly pay, train your staff. Read more
Pretty clean, not very busy. The AC is very loud though. And when I ordered drinks and an almond croissant through the app, the... order went through fine, but only the drinks were out for pickup. When I asked about it, they said they were out of croissants.Would be nice if the app handled that. Read more

They do a great job there, always make my drink right, and serve me with a smile. I think what i like the most about this... location is how spacious and open it is. Plenty of room to hang or get some work done. Not to mention, its pretty close to myhouse. Read more
They tend to make 4 or 5 drinks at once instead of doing it order by order. So things like the paradise drink have separated by... the time they get to finish it. Some employees sit on cell phones instead of working. Read more
