Horrible customer service. Workers completely ignore u as u stand there sat ng excuse me and begging for a cups I already paid... for AFTER my food was left on the counter without my name being called out. 8 straight mins I said excuse me, I finally yelledit and a man came from the right side wall behind registers and gave me an big attitude for asking for the drinks I mobile apppaid for. 40 mins after placing my order on the app I FINALLY walked out with everything I paid for. The food was cold when Igot home and the no cheese that was specificed on the mobile order was completely ignored n my friend was not able to eat herfood bc of the dairy. I had soft tacos Supreme with no meat. Sometimes when I order that, I get barely any lettuce/tomato. This time they were good... and put a nice amount in there. That's only fair since i am not getting meat. Nice job. Read more

Went here to grab dinner, and I NEVER been at a Taco Bell for 50 minutes WITHOUT EATING THERE. Multiple things happening making... me very uncomfortable to wanna eat at this one again. While I will forever be devastated by Taco Bell discontinuing the spicy tostadas, I managed to get one the day before they... stopped serving them. This location is by far my favorite and the most helpful. The staff is so sweet and patient (and you knowI have a complicated order).
