Was a good experience order double cheeseburger to drive through in came out exactly the way I ordered it.
Slow service. Had to wait for 10 mins for 3 nuggets, didn?t have enough (ordered 40 pcs). Got home only had 20 pcs. I guess... they forgot a whole box. When using the drive thru they will take 2,3,4 orders from only one side of the double lane drivethru before taking orders on the other side. The Farmville location has higher prices than other around. For the localMcDonald?s, (Greenville / Wilson area) this is one of the ones that I typically have the most unsatisfactory experiences. Do not order the simple cappuccino. I wanted a simple cap (espresso and heated / foam milk). I did this against my better... judgment. I have had families and friends tell me the coffee at Mc Donalds is great, then again they like Starbucks ( so thebar is already set low). How low can you go? According to the menu: McCafé Cappuccino is made with whole steamed milk, boldespresso made from sustainably sourced beans, foamed milk, and your choice of flavor. So if you want to flavor that Cappuccino,your options are French Vanilla, Caramel, and perhaps Mocha. The problem was I got the hidden menu flavor. What is the hiddenmenu flavor you might ask? I would say, grill grease with a hint of Big Mac. Never in my life have I had tasted any so vialand disgusting. Was out riding my motorcycle and it was hot, so I stopped by McDonald's in Farmville NC to get a milkshake to cool off. The... waiter told me no milkshake so I ordered a large ice tea. She gave a cup and of course no tea in both of tea canisters. I wentto the counter to get some and one of the employees looked at me and walked off as if she was not going to help me, after a fewminutes I got my tea. Customer service has completely vanished!! If McDonalds would pay workers other than managers full time pay, they might have more help. Lobby closed before 9 pm. This... particular store has had problems ever since it opened. It's a shame that customers have to bear the misgortunes ofcooperations. Read more
I had be to give Ms. Amy a huge big THANK YOU for her kindness and hospitality while visiting her location. She went above and... beyond over my sons toys. It made our day. The food we ordered was made fast, fresh and delicious. Staff was curtious as well. Read more
