The staff was great and the pizza was very good. The sanitation grade was high, dated March 2022, however, the restaurant was... very dirty: Floors, several of the tables and seats of chairs. There was no visible trash can in the dining room. I was thereon a Monday around 11:30 a. m., very soon after the place opened for the day and between the phone ringing and orders beingprepared there is obviously a staff shortage. Called in an order to go. The lady on the phone was very helpful and explained all the specials to me in great detail. When I... arrived to get my order, the staff was friendly and quickly assisted me. While I was waiting on my food, two staff members askedif I had been waited on, I had. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. People have been complaining about this place for a few years now and yet they... have not made any improvements whatsoever. It's obvious that the manager don't give a hoot and the owner is asleep at the wheel.Don't waste your time or money. The place looks nasty. Grab a hamburger instead. Wish I could give this location 0 stars. You will arrive and not be greeted whatsoever or even acknowledged. They will stare you... right in the face and act like you aren?t there. I stood there waiting to pickup my order for 10 minutes before someone came toring me up. They work with their phones/headphones near where they?re making your food and some don?t even wear gloves. The ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA HUT and I will never go there again. Yesterday evening, I ordered a 12 piece Garlic and Parmesan wing.... One other person also ordered something else, so we decided to ride together to pick up the food. When we arrived, we were notgreeted at all and I should have taken that as a clue that something was wrong. We paid for our food and left. When we gotback to our destination (BINGO), I discovered that my 12 piece Garlic and Parmesan wings looked as if someone vomited in thecontainer. Not only did it look like VOMIT, but there were pieces of chicken that had been eaten and put back in the container(chewed up meat and bones were in the bowl). DISGUSTING!!! Everyone in the bingo hall saw it because I showed it to everyonebecause I was SHOCKED and MORTIFIED that someone would prepare food in this manner. The pizza was poorly made. I ordered pan pizza. You could barely tell there was cheese on the pizza. It was so little cheese,... that the cheese that was scattered around was now the same color as the sauce and I could see the crust through the baked oncheese. I have a 30 minute break, so there is no time for remaking or going with another option. On the 23rd of July I ordered online 2 large stuffed crust supreme pizzas, 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas, hot wings and... cheese bread. I arrived at Pizza Hut to pick up my order and pay. I went in so I can pay as soon as I went in the lady that wasat the register was very rude she had a really bad attitude with me. I was having a good day so far until I had to deal withher. I was just there to pay get my pizza and leave. How hard is that. I don't know why she is working there if she don't wantto be there. I mean I get that people have bad days because I have bad days sometimes but you don't have to take it out on thecustomers. After dealing with her I got home and realized they did not give me my order right my pepperoni pizza was not stuffedcrust. So this Pizza Hut does not deliver, but is the only Pizza Hut in Farmville. Do not expect "Corporate-level customer service"... when you go inside, just get your food and get out. Expect Dollar General-level customer service. So everyone keep yourexpectations low and all you Karens, stay out of there. I've ordered from there in the past three years maybe about twenty timesand they've screwed up my order about three times. Always forgetting my wings. I want my chicken nuggies, man! They're there andavailable if you're already in Farmville, but if I'm still in Greenville/Winterville, I'll order from a Greenville orWinterville store before driving back to Farmville.
