I love bojangles but that was the worst experience! Cashier was sitting in breakroom. After someone yelled for her several... times she came out and walked straight outside and talked to a friend for a couple minutes. Came back and was extremely rude.Too many things to mention!!!! Went thru drive thru n no one said I would be waiting 15 to 25 minutes for my order...my first time getting such bad service
This Bojangles location is very welcoming and inviting. The food today was served hot and fresh. It tasted delicious! All... staff interactions were positive. The shift leader Iris even came to our table to ask if she could help take away anything forus. Another staff person also asked if she could help me find anything, and she got me some mustard packets. I filled out asurvey on a prior receipt and received and buy one get one free sausage biscuit. The food was awesome! The customer service was excellent! McKylie was our cashier & she came out 2 times to see if anyone in... the dining room needed anything!
