I've been managing here at the farmville location over a year now & I have to say that working with Jason viars has been a most... uncomfortable experience. He doesn't communicate with the managerial team, he hires people based off of nothing, he doesn'tunderstand what it means to be a team. I was suspended last week for being with my family during my nephew's going away. I'm atthe point where I'm ready to quit this job & move on to the next. I literally have been homeless for 2 weeks & he still didn'ttake any of this into consideration. I knocked out over 500 lbs of ice from the freezer the day before & transported it outside.Where is my appreciation? This store has gone up & now its going down. I'm ready to leave. Drive-thru: After having my substituted order confirmed, drove to the pay window (order confirmed again), received receipt,... advanced to next window to receive order. Order incorrect. Had to go in to speak with manager to get correction. Manager wasgreat. Turns out the drive-thru personnel needed to play on cell phone instead of submitting correct orders. Read more
This Burger King needs to work on perfection when It comes to specialty Items such as my Impossible Burger. They don't pay... attention to detail and sometimes microwave the Impossible Instead of charbroiling It for the true whopper taste. The food was good considering it's fast food. But a Whopper isn't a Whopper anymore! Just look at the photos and you'll see... why... The bun is bigger than the hamburger patty. Really Burger King? What happened to the meat being all the way to the edgeof the bun? The reason it's was called a Whopper in the first place was because it was "bigger" than normal fast food burgers.The cashier was friendly, the food was made promptly and it was fresh and hot. But I was not happy with the size of thehamburger patty. I know cooking will strink some of the hamburger meat down but this was a lil ridiculous. Read more
