Thanks guys, for all the bare tortillas that you gave me instead of cheese and chicken quesadillas. Every time I go here they... screw up the order. I ordered 2 quesadillas and chicken nuggets. Good food, they just don?t know what consistency means. Sometimes you?ll get 4 hush puppies, other times you?ll get 8. Super... aggravating having to order extra food, because they don?t give you the correct amount. Speaker sucks, but it?s Cook Out. It?s ahit or miss here. Read more

Idk what it is about ordering the bbq char-grilled chicken tray...somehow I end up with the bbq tray(pork). I check my order... before pulling away to double check. I let them politely know the mistake and it is resolved. I had one young man thereapologize a couple times while handing me the correct sandwich. I believe it was entered wrong and he fixed what he saw. I toldhim no worries, and thank you. Kindness goes a long way. Read more
