Good food, they just don?t know what consistency means. Sometimes you?ll get 4 hush puppies, other times you?ll get 8. Super... aggravating having to order extra food, because they don?t give you the correct amount. Speaker sucks, but it?s Cook Out. It?s ahit or miss here. Read more

Idk what it is about ordering the bbq char-grilled chicken tray...somehow I end up with the bbq tray(pork). I check my order... before pulling away to double check. I let them politely know the mistake and it is resolved. I had one young man thereapologize a couple times while handing me the correct sandwich. I believe it was entered wrong and he fixed what he saw. I toldhim no worries, and thank you. Kindness goes a long way. Read more
Absolutely horrible, messed up order,Matthew got it right. Food 1/2 container slaw if that on both meals, On chicken sandwich 1... piece of meat on bun. Actual 3 in length and 1 1/2 thick. Refuses to serve truck drivers because they can?t go through drive thru. Won?t take order at the door so they don?t even have to... go into the lobby because they won?t open the lobby which, fine, at least take orders at the door for Americas truck drivers.They service you, you service them. If I could give zero stars I would. The lobby is closed but the door was open and I had a large trailer so we went in to order.... The place STUNK inside like old sour milk. It was absolutely filthy. The girl said we can't order inside and we had to walk tothe drive through window in-between cars. I didn't know the menu and was not going to stand in a drive thru. She was quite rudeand could have just taken the order. These places need to get a grip and open the lobby's. It's just ridiculous at this point. Read more
Yhis location is very well run. The dining room is pretty messy but other than that it's great.
