I'm a bit upset, I went to the drive through, and my order came to $9 and when I got to the window to pay I accidentally gave... the lady 3 $5 bills. As I handed it to her I realized and immediately told her I over paid, however, she wouldn't give me my $5bill back, she said I only gave her two bills and I was mistaken even though I watched her put it in the register withoutcounting them. I'm a bit frustrated. I'm sure it was an honest mistake on her part, but I asked her twice and she wouldn't evenconsider that maybe she made an oversight. I don't appreciate being stolen from. I only go b/c my kids live happy meals. If not it's never go for in a drive thru like this again to get bad service, food, etc.... You can tell Fred Russell isn't the owner anymore. Truly sad. Read more

Got here really, really late - about 2350 and the young man at the window was super nice and helpful!! Didn't rush us at all,... even tho I must've sounded like I had no idea what I was doing! Decided on McDonalds after Taco Bell decided to close 1/2 hourearly - keep up the good work! Read more
Closing early with no signage while there are people in line is a big turnoff for me. Edit: I returned at a later date and have... been waiting over 15 minutes for a QP with only ketchup that was made incorrectly and I am still waiting as of the editing ofthis. 0 stars lately. Slowest moving place in town. Curbside pick up is not even worth the time.McDonalds app says food will be out 5 minutes or less... and 20 minutes later no food or drinks or anyone came out. Only worried about moving drive thru apparently. Always a problemwhen you visit this location. Kids are hungry and they take forever like 3 cars sitting here waiting on food and no one has cameout yet. Ridiculous stay away from this place. Be careful. They're not giving totals at drive thru window and then OVER charging. When I knew my total was more than what it... should have been, I requested a receipt. Conveniently enough, the receipt machine was broken. How ironic. ???? Read more
