Manager Devon extremely rude hung up on me twice after I asked to cancel my order. The first time I called he didn?t ask my name... or information or anything just hung up the phone. I had to cancel my order because the online service sent it to the wrongstore. I called to speak to a manager he said he was the manager and said ?it?s good to know you want to make a complaint ? andhung up on me again for the second time. He was extremely rude and I will be calling corporate to file a complaint. I will neverever use this location again. Read more
Meaty marinara pasta was dry as a desert after telling them to add extra sauce. Called to make a complaint about it and manager... was RUDE and actually hung up on me so I had to show up in person. He says he didn?t know how to make it right and I said you?rethe manager and they do teach you that in trading?. Sloppy work, lazy workers and nasty attitude and WILL NOT deal with thisagain. Taking my business to Domino?s or Papa Johns at lest they know how to make things right and not RUDE!!! Need to shut thewhole place down and start over or stay closed. If you want a below average pizza, and want to be blown away by the taste of dish-soap and slow service, this is your place!... Every time I've ordered, they've completely screwed up the order. I decided.... hey... maybe they got their act together and areworth giving another shot. Nope. Luke-warm pizza on the wrong crust with a reminder just why I stopped going there. In a townwith 6 other pizza places, I suppose there's someone that they cater to. Definitely not the Pizza Hut I remember growing up withand worked for. Ordered a large meatlovers pizza and a double order of bread sticks,got there and picked it up went home 20 miles away. Opened... up the box and no marinara sauce with the bread sticks. Called the store and told the guy on the phone, His answer was you cancome back to get it. I told him it's a 40 mile round trip and his answer was sorry goodbye. Read more
I hadn?t had pizza hut in a long time but was expecting better. There was no sauce on my pizza and the crust was very pale and... thin. I asked for olives but wasn?t expecting a pile of them dumped on. Ended up tossing it. The cinnabon rolls looked nothinglike they were supposed to, sloppily put together and hard. Visiting from out of town, ordered a pizza for contactless delivery as my husband and I are trying to remain as safe as possible... in this pandemic! We wore masks in the car as to not risk harming people who are working making our food, etc. We saw throughthe windows when we pulled up that two people working with food were not masked. A young man came outside for payment withoutour pizza, he did have a mask on but was wearing it below his nose. I politely asked him to put his mask up over his nose andhe did. He asked for payment which I promptly gave him. He walked away into the store & came back out with the pizza but nochange. I took the pizza and he went back in the store to get my change. When he returned, his mask was again below his nose &I asked him again politely to put it up & he just stood there not responding. I asked again & he said, "I am standing righthere" and tried to give me the change. I rolled my window all the way up & pointed to his mask. He walked away back into thestore with my change which was over $50.00. I saw him talking to two others in the store and waited 5 mins until a lovely youngwoman came out with my change and a mask fully in place. I gave her a nice tip. When we got back to our hotel room, opened thebox to eat our Christmas Eve dinner we found that the pizza was not even fully cooked! It was the worst pizza I have ever had.One large pizza with 3 toppings cost over $22.00 and it wasn't even fully cooked. I will not return to this place:). Read more
I ordered in store and the pizza was delicious. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food.
The breadsticks are better than the pizza ???? i wish they had hot marinara though... Its always cold lol... Pizza is ALWAYS... LACKING SAUCE!!!! And dont waste time or money on tryna get extra cheese... Ya get what ya get lol... Never been to a pizza hutso low budget... Read more
