They are to Open @5:30. Arrived @ 6:50 to be told they were Closed and sorry. Called the Manager Cynthia, Only to be spoken to... condescendingly and she hung up. They opened up three minutes later. Idk what it is but sometimes my drink is perfect and other times it tastes like coffee that has been sitting on a burner all day... and is over cooked. I almost always get the same thing, white chocolate mocha and it always tastes either or....idk if theperson making it just isn't familiar or if the machine needs to be cleaned but I've thrown away whole drinks before because theytaste so bad. My experience with staff is either really good or really bad. It seems like it's always at either extreme when Icome thru. Read more
