Drive through workers were on their phone? waited much longer than necessary for a fast food drive thru. They didn?t even see us... and we drove past the window. The second window had workers huddled up together, gossiping in the corner and still never noticedus lol One noticed us after waiting longer, didn?t say a word, handed us the food and we drove off. Perfect food today! Had lunch at 11:45 with my daughter after a doc app and the food was so hot we couldn?t even it it right... away, which is great cuz I?ll wait for it to cool off a bit but can?t wait for it to warm up. Went back for dinner at 9:15 thisevening and food was piping hot again! Everyone working here deserves a raise if this is how they are running all the time. Just moved the the area this year and have never had a bad meal so far. Read more
This Wendy's is the dirtiest Wendy's I've have ever been in including the Wendy's at several truck stops. After I ordered,I... started looking around and the drink machine and the counters were disgusting! I asked for my money back and the manager onduty said they would mail me a check. Well 30 days later still haven't received my refund. 42 days after my visit I was back inthe area and decided to stop by. Well guess what, the store manager gave me a cash refund. UNBELIEVABLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I highly suggest finding another restaurant in the area other than this Wendy's. Read more
I've eaten at Wendy's here and there. Was in Farmville furniture shopping. What impressed me was how good the food was, and how... quick it was served. My burger was medium rare, not the usual dried, hardened puck that most fast food places serve, yes otherWendy's I've been to. My fries were piping hot and crisp, and my wait time for my food was maybe 5 minutes. Fast food can besame old same old, when you have a great crew that cares, you can't help but notice. We waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes to be told after we paid that they didn't have the food we ordered. We asked for a... refund and was told no they couldn't do that. We could have anything else on the menu (we already had dinner) or we could wait awhile maybe 30 to 40 minutes for a frosty. We just wanted our money back, no harm no foul. Read more
Food was good once we got it. There seemed to be a disconnect between the order window and the pickup window resulting in longer... wait times. All of the employees were kind and courteous and were working hard trying to get things moving from what I couldsee. Everybody has bad days, I hope theirs got better. Read more
This is a perfectly good Wendy's. The staff appeared well-trained and efficient. Service was quick and accurate.
