Was looking for a quick snack and stopped to get a beef and cheddar. Just the one sandwich. There was no one in line inside or... outside. It still took over 15 min to get my food. For the first 5 min not another car came in. By the time I left there were 5.The one behind me left before they got their order. The staff seemed not to care. The guy at the window stood there the wholetime and saw another inside just leaning on the counter. I've been to other places with just 2 people handle more customersquicker. I get taking time but 5 minutes I was the only one for 1 signature sandwich. The worst part was my sandwich was nasty!The meat was old and crunchy. A small dab of Arby's sauce and a even less cheddar. I took one bite and threw it away. Makes mewonder what they're doing in there. Obviously not making anything fresh. From reading the other comments sounds like managementneeds to figure it out or hang it up. Read more
Got their 2 for $7 option with a side of fries and drink! Their Gyros are amazing the cucumber sauce is heaven!! They have the... best chicken nuggets and cheese sticks ever! You gotta try the chicken nuggets with the marinara it?s like having amazingItalian with half the price!! Totally yum!!! The major down fall is they are not open for dine in still!! It?s been so long and staffing issues are still existing. Pay more. It would probably make up from the lost customers. Soon this... location will have none. I don?t ever take it out on the employees but seriously? helping one car at a time? Terrible ownership.Terrible. I keep coming back trying to give them some time to get it together but it?s been far to long. Unfortunately because Ireally enjoy Arbys. Even thought about applying just to try and help get it together. On a side note unrelated to the location.Finally got deals uploaded online and they don?t work. Doesn?t matter the combination it still states that My order doesn?t meetthe requirements to use the deal? I?ve read the fine print. Been in the drive through for over 30 min with only 3 cars in frontof me while I type this. Still waiting. Edit: took about 45 min. I will say I do appreciate the manager honoring my onlinepricing that the deal/order wouldn?t go through. Again. This is an owner/upper management issue. I really don?t blame theemployees at all. We waited in line for about 25 minutes and tried to order off the "before 5pm happy hour menu" at literally 505pm and they... wouldn't let us. Are you serious? We would have been on time if your store wasn't short staffed and made us wait nearly 30minutes to get dinner! Can't believe we were so patient and waited and they wouldn't honor their discount. Excellent service, they were clearly under staffed but the food was made in a timely manner, and made well. My order which was... large, was 100% accurate. Very polite service. It was. Very pleasant stop after fighting traffic up I-15. Read more
Friendly customers service for being fast food. This location's employees provide great customer service. Drive-Through gave us... time to look at the menu and the order was not like other places trying to rush you or be rude. Food was made correct and wasdelicious we ordered 2 beef and cheddar classic, and one double, curly fries and jalapeño bites with bronco sauce. Thank youfor the great drive-through experience. So I have been craving a French dip sandwich for a few weeks now and tried to get one 2 weeks ago at the north ogden location,... and apparently they were out of beef? ??????? they also didn't give us 4 out of the 5 orders of fries we were supposed to get.So I try again tonight at this location and I ordered food for my whole family and took it home to eat with them. Taking thesandwiches out of the bags was kinda messy because for some reason there was grease over the wrapping on all of them. Then Iopen my box expecting to find my French dip I have wanted and find a few pieces of parchment paper packed with around 30-40pieces of bacon. No bread. No cheese. Just bacon. Does the attached picture look like a French dip to you? I understand thatmistakes can be made with orders such as sizes of drinks and fries or even curly fries with homestyle fries. But how do youconfuse a French dip sandwich with a big, greasy pile of bacon? That's strike 2 for Arby's with me. One more chance and if theyblow it again I'm done with them. Read more
We made a stop here for lunch. Food was excellent and service was great. Dining area was very clean. I had the Greek Gyro... with roast beef--delicious and huge. My husband had the classic roast beef with crinkle cut fries (I believe it was the #2) andhe did it was great. We will add this on our trips to Utah. Read more
