I gave it one star. They deserve zero. I interviewed and was hired. A week later I called them. We did the onboarding. I... called the next day and asked for a GM. They said they don't have one. I explained my situation and it's been so long I didn'tknow if I should look elsewhere. He replied that he would leave a message for someone and they would get back or rudely told mejust to go get another job and hung up on me!!! Good customer service. Read more
I ordered on the app and wanted Delivery. When the food got here, we were missing our fries and onion rings. They gave us the... wrong sandwich and instead of the 8pc chicken nuggets I ordered, I received 3 nuggets with the rest being chicken fingers. Theyalso didn't put lettuce, tomatoes and onions in one of the burgers. Out of the $39 we were charged, we were only refunded $16. Idon't think we'll be ordering from here again. Read more
Every time I have been here the play area is disgusting tables and floors are filthy covered in food play ground is dirty... windows have nasty finger prints all over them. This location is pretty dead most days it?s a newer store and it?s nice theworkers are just sitting around doing nothing instead of cleaning tables etc.My kids love to come here to eat and play but todaythere were so many flies trying to get on our food. Such a bummer the food is good but I have a hard time coming here wish theywould take the time to keep it clean. Read more
Friendly employees Understaffed? Probably the filthiest fast food place I have ever been to. From the moment we walked in we... were getting flies all over us. When we went and sat down they kept landing on us. When our food finally came out they keptlanding on our food. I asked the employees if they could do something about the flies and they literally brought me a flyswatter. The good thing is I actually enjoy squatting and killing flies so that was a bonus for me but pretty disgustingoverall. It looked like the place had not been cleaned in weeks. While the staff was really professional and polite andcourteous directly with us, when they had a break between customers coming through the drive-thru they didn't lift a finger toclean the place. We were the only customers and inside the restaurant for about 2 hours. Read more
Stopped here for a quick lunch. None of the kiosks worked and the kids behind the counter seemed like we were interrupting his... day by going into a fast-food restaurant for a quick lunch. The food was too be expected from Burger King. Not good it can"technically" be called food, but you won't want it for every meal. Read more
Dysfunctional. They have the whopper on the breakfast menu. However when I ordered the whopper, the girl told me it would take... 15 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager about it and she said the manager was not there. I asked the girl to explain why ifthe whopper was on the breakfast menu it took 15 minutes to make. She asked me to pull forward to the window and so I did. Shethen began to offer me breakfast sandwiches instead. She finally left the window and left me hanging hoping I would leave. Ididn't and then the manager showed up who she said was out. Serious problems with this place. Others have told me that as well. Read more
Stopped in for lunch. Wow super clean inside. Very friendly employees helped me out. Whooper came as ordered and the fries were... Hot. Tasted as a good Whooper should. Easy to see store from street, with good close parking on either side of store. Drinkmachine was out of the soda I wanted. But the employees told me to come to counter and they filled my drink. This Burger King is amazing you won't believe it, you have to see it for yourself I won't give to much away, but if you don't... recognize it within minutes of walking in you are not looking. Open your eyes enjoy what you find it is unbelievable. Read more
