Love this location of Dominoes in FarrWest, Utah. In spite of help wanted notices indicating personel shortages, the employees... are courteous and friendly. The pizza took longer than the app indicated, but only five minutes. We weren't in a hurry. It wasmore important to me that the people were friendly and the order was correct. Both of those happened. Not sure what?s going on. Used to love this location Tried ordering from this area several times now. First time we waited an... hour for a single medium pizza and never got it. We had to cancel the order. It was never even put in the oven. Now their onlineordering is not available and you cannot get through to a human when trying to call. You just listen to their deals over andover, and how ?amazing and easy online ordering is?. Read more
This used to be quality good pizza with quick response and delivery, but you can't even get through to them now. I finally just... hung up after the automated message was on it's 3rd time through. You can't order online either so good luck trying to orderfrom here. I'm giving 2 stars because I used to love this takeout, but it's definitely gone downhill. I know there's short staffeverywhere, but to not do online orders or to not answer phones isn't going to help this place stay afloat. Read more
I ordered a pizza at 7:45 and it?s now 9:00 and I still have no pizza. The ?quality check? on the tracker hasn?t moved since... 8:10 and I?ve been on hold with their store for 25 minutes. This better be a free hot pizza. Update: after waiting 2 hours anda half hour longer on hold I drove to the store myself. Conveniently she said our order was out for delivery. We arrived home tofind a cold pizza at the side door. They didn?t have any solutions for us or refunds. Just don?t order from here. Read more
Love this location! The service is prompt, the food is always hot and fresh, and the team members are always very professional... and friendly. Definitely worth the 20 min drive from our house. There are bubbles in the crust, but I personally love that, so Inever saw it as a negative ??????? *We only ever order for carryout via the mobile app. Read more
I'm absolutely and completely disgusted with this place. I ordered wings tonight and asked in the comments to add extra sauce... please! While also ordering 2 extra sauces. I then got my order and when I opened it I found that someone wrote "For extra sauceyou have to pay for it!" Completely unnecessary and absolutely disgusted.
