We had a total of six cheeseburgers and all six were wrong. I had to literally repeat the order 5 times at the drive thru. I... checked the order at the window before pulling away and was told I had to either pull up to the front or they would refund myorder. The "manager" was rude and couldn't have cared less. The girl that had such a difficult time taking the order came tothe window and said she had put it in correctly and they had still screwed it up. We left and one of the cheeseburgers was stillwrong and small fries instead of medium. DOES ANYONE CHECK SPECIAL ORDERS BEFORE THEY ARE BAGGED AND GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER???? This happens at least every other time at this Macdonalds. Your parking lot is impossible to get out of much less having tocome back through to get your order corrected. Just wanting to put my two cents in here... I would not recommend this location, being as they don't take good care of their... products... My gram, mom and I dropped by here on our way down south, and both of the milks we received from them were rotten.We had to Google the number for the Farr West location because y'all put the wrong number on it. When we finally got ahold ofthis location and got through to a supervisor/manager, they just told us "Oh, we'll look into it." And hung up. Very VERYhelpful.... thanks. ???? Read more
Rewards like a free Big Mac followed with warm apple pie makes using the app worth the trouble!
Service was super slow and no one was at the counter to take our order. The meal was not correct and we waited for quit a long... time for our tea. Burgers looked thrown together, no effort was taken to make an eye appealing sandwich. Read more
Was really liking this place until I went there at 530am no one in front or behind me and asked me to pull forward, I said as... soon as someone was behind me I would be happy to but she said pull forward or get a refund. Took my refund and will not begoing back nor will many from my job site. If she would have explained why I needed to I probably would have. But would notanswer me when I asked why I needed to and extremely rude to me and my friends. Read more
I've never been to a worse McDonalds. They messed up my order, which is fine, however when I went back through to ask it to be... fixed the drive through attendant told me they didn't mess it up and if I wanted it fixed I could just go home and fix it. (Iasked for extra cheese and got hamburgers, receipt even said extra cheese). When I spoke with the manager he refused to refundme the correct amount and ultimately told me to leave and that he wasn't going to do anything for me then just sat in the windowstaring at me telling me I could go. Looked clean from the outside, and drive-thru was churning cars through quickly. Bummer that it's closed for dine-in, but... staffing shortages are real, everywhere. I hope that gets better, for everybody's sake, soon. Hang in there! Read more
