Waited for 10 minutes for some one to serve us. No one came up front so we used the kiosk. Waited for 20 minutes, no food.... Overheard the family mect to us talking with an employee and heard the employee admit they had not seen their order. Worried, Iasked about mine. Employee could not find our order. Looked for about 2 minutes and found it. He said these things happen, thereare 20 items to your order (16 of those 20 were taco bell sauces). Asked for our money back and then another employeemiraculously found our order. Food was refrigerator cold. It had obviously been done and sitting there the entire time and theyjust didn't bring it out. Would NOT recommend, will NOT return. Read more
I haven't had a Mexican Pizza in I don't know how long. I guess due to supply chain, you never know what is available since we... tried before. So we went inside so we wouldn't be trapped at the drive-thru. Sure glad I did, the worker at the front wasfantastic & funny!!! When I I told him how long it had been since I had a Mexican Pizza, he decided he would make thempersonally. Tasted delicious ????. The store was clean, no line inside at all. I was in and out, so great service I guess, however when I opened my beefy five layer burrito, I learned, that it was so fast... because they LITERALLY DIDNT WRAP UP MY BURRITO. Paid extra for the extra sour cream for it to end up in the wrapper with all ofthe other condiments. What a waste of food and time. Definitely wouldn?t recommend this location to anyone after this. Placed a mobile order @ 530 p to pick up @ 715 pm. No custom items, just tacos and burritos. Got there at 705p, but didnt get my... food until 730. They were out of CO2 for the fountain. They even told a elderly woman that because she did a mobile order withdrive thru pickup she had to go through the drive through. This location is a joke. Have gone several times before with similarexperiences. Wanted to give benefit of the doubt. They have proven that they are not well managed and not well trained. Go toDel Taco instead. Read more
