Went through my order before I left the window, they tried to tell me it was all there but I was missing a burger. They opened... their eyes and it was right in front of them. Fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday, all rubbery and cold. Salad smelledand tasted like mold. Wasted $53.00. Wendy's used to be good but no more. All of them seem to suck now. Read more
We walked in with my service dog, and we were the only customers. Connie asked if Shadow was a good boy, and since we were... taking a break from traveling, we said she could interact with him. She gave him a fist (we didn?t have to tell her! Coolbeans!????????) and then she crouched down and held out a tiny frosty for the Bestest Boi. Connie also came through when Iasked for chopped onions and tomatoes for my cheesy potato (stuffed baked potatoes ???? are God?s Gift to us Mere mortals.)Chris was wonderfully patient, when I was all over the menu trying to decide what I would eat (vs what I *thought* I could eat). We don't go here enough but for Crying out loud we should. GEEZ! With the biggie bags only 5 dollars awesome. Biggie bags come... with your choice of bacon double Jr ???? or hamburger or something fries and nuggets dipping sauce and a big drink steal deal.We bought three one for me then 2 for Littles. Hubby got a single Dave's combo maybe medium size. And it was $25. Other day weate at burger King and it was $37 . Definitely fresher and better. Read more
We ordered our food before the listed, official closing time of 12am. The order was placed at 11:40pm and we arrived at 11:50pm... to pick up the order. There were employees standing around inside with all of the lights on but they had closed up early. Ourorder was placed and we paid for it just to arrive and not have any service. Our money needs to be returned. We tried to cancelthe order several times online, after realizing, yet again that the employees had closed early, but the website wasmalfunctioning. The website needs to be aligned with emlpoyee closing/leave times so that when they decide they are done thewebsite stops accepting orders. Its basically a scam to keep receiving money for a service that is never received. This is acommon thing with all fast food restaurants now, Wendy's included. Read more
Clean, looked well-stocked, and easy in/out location. But closed because of staff shortages. Bummer. I hope that situation... corrects soon, for everybody's sake. Hang in there. Read more
We stopped in tonight about 6pm. We recieved the best service I have ever encountered at a Wendy's. The man who took our order... was very friendly and the presentation of the food was excellent. Thank you for taking good care of us. Read more
The Wendy?s location by my home is legit, but after stopping at this one tonight on the way back from a friend?s house?? Where... do I begin? - In the drive through, I asked for a couple of ice waters on top of my mobile order and was met with a snarkyresponse. - I was shorted a chicken sandwich. - All of the sandwiches, burgers, and chicken nuggets were cold. Not roomtemperature, but straight up cold. - The fries were the only items served warm, but were soggy, poorly seasoned, and tasted likethey?d been fried in old, stale oil. Service was subpar and not a single item I ordered was even minimally satisfactory. I haveto assume this location is seriously lacking in quality control in every facet of their operations. Read more
