The food and service are really great. However the floors and baseboards are very built up with grime and filth and have stayed... that way a long time. The ladies room is very dirty and there is a strong sewer smell coming from the drain because water needsto be poured in the drain to fill the trap. Read more

My husband and I stopped by Chili's Wednesday night before a movie. We were seated quickly and ordered quickly. I come here often and it?s always a fun place to go to. The workers and almost always nice and caring, which I love , but this... one particular time the food took forever to come and cook we had waiting over an hour for just the food!! I understand therewere a bit busy but we watched people walk in and get their food almost instantly. I will be coming back because the food was sogood and the waiters were so amazing but time management is a priority for me. Read more
Visited the place on a Monday. Ordered the ?3 for $10? special, which included Lemonade, Southwest Chicken Soup and Margarita... Chicken. Also tried the cheesecake. I have mixed feelings about this place, hence a 3 star rating. Pros: (1) Lemonade was good -not too sweet; (2) The soup was nice to taste, but could have been warmer; (3) Margarita Chicken was awesome - chicken wasperfectly cooked, beans and rice were also nice; (4) Cheesecake was nice and creamy and had just the right amount of sweetness.Cons: (1) When the waitress brought nachos, they looked good, but we soon realized they were basically crumbs, not too mentionthey were not evenly seasoned - some were way too salty and others were completely bland; (2) The sauce served with cheesecakeseemed stale; (3) Worst part was the dishes and silverware weren?t properly cleaned.
