Where do I start? We ordered one egg sandwich on a toasted and buttered bagel and one bagel with peanut butter...to go. Less... than a minute later we received the order. When we got on the road, we realized they gave a container of peanut butter with noknife; the egg sandwich was barely warm, not toasted or buttered. AND... every bag was covered in avocado. No, we didn't haveavocado on either bagel. We would have waited 5 minutes for an ounce of quality control and accuracy. One star is generous. Read more
This coffee shop is AMAZING. The wait times are very low, the quality of the food and beverages is great, and the friendliness... of the staff is refreshing. They always keep the place clean and tidy, and do their best to make sure the customer is happy.Very bubbly people. Read more
They always put bacon on egg and cheese sandwiches. Like the order clearly says just egg and cheese but over 50% of the time... they add bacon. I sometimes pick up sandwiches on the way to work in the morning and don?t discover this until I get to work andit?s too late to swap it out. As a vegetarian it makes the sandwich inedible. I don?t understand how it?s so impossible to justmake and egg and cheese sandwich. I?ve previously brought it up with management and they said they would do better but theyhaven?t changed. Read more
My husband and I used to eat at Einstein's 1-2 times a week. We loved the food and the staff was awesome. Then the hours changed... so we had to cut back because we have a hard time getting there before close. The past few times we made it before 3 o' clockand they were too busy worrying about closing than waiting on customers. The staff is not friendly and are borderline rude. I tried a Jalapeño & Bacon Bagel, with Onion & Chive shmear, bacon, eggs, cheese and hash brown. The sandwich was pretty good.... However, the customer service was lacking. I was very eager to try a sandwich from Einstein after looking at their website! Agreat experience couples both, great food and great customer service. With all of the options available for a sandwich Iprepared by looking at the website before arriving in the drive thru. However, I had questions to pair my toppings, shmear andbagel appropriately. The associate seemed disappointed with being asked any questions at all. It should be understood that withso many options ppl might have questions when visiting for the first time. It shouldn?t be assumed that I know what comes on thesand which, what doesn?t and what will taste good together. Lol. And at a minimum, kindness should be reciprocated. I wasextremely friendly and that demeanor was not reciprocated. Instead I felt like I was being a burden by simply asking if most pplseem to like the Jalapeño bacon vs Jalapeño cheddar or would it be a better pair to try Onion & Chive shmear or plain. Thequestions were concise and specific. And most importantly asked very friendly. But the associate responded with agitation, ?youcan get what ever you want? to each question. Not very helpful! Lol. I was the only person in the drive thru line aswell. Simple and concise answers would?ve been awesome. A simple, ?many ppl seem to like onion and chive on the Jalapeño &Bacon bagel?. Boom! Pretty good bagels. I got the pepperoni pizza bagel & the Texas brisket & egg bagel. With the latter being better than the pizza... bagel. I also enjoyed a caramel cream cold brew that was awesome! Yummy lunch. Outside is a cheesy bacon jalapeños bagel sandwich. Inside warm cream cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, brisket, and... ect on toasted bagel. I got 3 free bagels from a previous reciept and ordered 2 more bagels for family to enjoy later, Lord'swilling. God is good. Read more
The farm house on the spinach fontana bagel is my favorite. We also grabbed something sweet, for later. This was a great grab... and get back to your trip place. Fast Friendly and clean. Read more
