I went in to order a drink. The girl took my order and my money and 15 minutes later I was still waiting. I tried to get... someone's attention to ask for my money back but everyone ignored me. There was 2 employees loved up in a booth and 2 others atseparate tables and no one had time to fix a drink. I had to wave my hands and yell and finally the manager came over and said"Oh can I help you." While I was waiting 8 people walked out and several people left the line outside my husband said when Ifinally got to my car. This was 11205 Kingston Pike store in Farragut so heads up if your going there. My impression was theydon't care. The sign said its owned by John and Sondra Farris. I have known them since they first came her to Clinton and openedtheir first McDonalds so please clean up this location. Read more
Drive thru was all that was open and it was a little after 5 on a Sunday afternoon. Wanted to go in food was well....... McDonald's. Took 3 bites of McRib. Luckily it came back up a couple hours later and removed me from my misery. Read more
Wow! Gave our order to two different ppl (I know!!) and they still got our order wrong. Door says the dining room opens at 7 am;... it's 7:45 and the doors are still locked. Read more
I get an ice coffee at this location once a week without an issue, but today mid way through the drink, I tasted an odd texture... so I spit it out and there was some black stuff. So I stir my drink around and find a massive fly in it. They did give me a newone, but didn't apologize or seemed concerned. Read more
Previously this store was very slow in the afternoon/evening in the drive thru but they are doing much better. Food quality has... become more hot and ready to go with little wait. Make sure to check your bags and see if your entire order is in the bag beforeyou leave. Read more
Horrible order completely messed up. Miss labeled food wrong version of the # 4 I wanted. Child's food was cold. Didn't get our... strawberry pies and when I called to let them know about the problems I was argued with over the pies not being there! I meanwhy would I lie to get a 2$ pie? Obvious absolute terrible treatment of their employees, a gentleman was running the entire operation alone while handling... multiple orders. Clearly overworked and stressed out. They wouldn?t have this situation if they offered decent wages, but the?now hiring? sign shows that they are proud to provide ?Up to $12 an hour? The grocery stores across the street offers 14-18 anhour. I feel terrible for the person working there. Read more
The store and tables were clean. The service was rushed and impatient with some customers. My sandwich was already cool and had... hard edges on the bottom; I expect that it was sitting for a while. Not many in-store dinners, but the drive-through was busy. Read more
