First of all, this place is super clean. The people are very friendly (we ordered the wrong salad and realized it about 5... minutes later and they were great about making the change). My hubby loved his spicy chicken pad thai. I wasn\'t feeling greatand got the small chicken broth which was so crazy good. It came out looking clear like water but was so deliciously flavored Itook some to go. I wish I lived closer. Had a craving for Thai Cuisine for lunch. Found this place in my restaurant search. This restaurant is new to Farragut. Gave... it a try. The atmosphere, nothing special. It’s plain and clean and open. Small dining area with little ambiance. Thefood… amazing. Probably the best Thai food that I have had in town. My guest and I decided to give the menu a run so westarted with the cheese rolls. Huge.. crispy.. stuffed with cheese and delicious. Next we had Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Wow! Huge portions, hot and fresh immediately served from the pan. So don’t expect to receive all the food at the same time. Itwas magnificent. Really flavorful, rich in texture and savory. Lastly, we had the sweet mango sticky rice. Steaming Hot..sweet but not too sweet and a whole mango. Again.. huge portions. I definitely will return and hope you give this place a try. Pin Thai is not a big restaurant, but walking through its doors one could feel its sharp cleanliness. Our server was gentle and... kind and we ordered its Pad Thai and some fried rice, along with a papaya salad. The salad was a surprising delight. I wish Ihad a photo but the salad was made with julienned green papaya with a sweet dressing that served as a great appetizer. The PadThai was not overwhelming, but definitely flavorful and can easily fill a happy stomach. The fried rice was lighter and lessflavorful, but still delightful nonetheless. It is top notch as we were quickly greeted and our needs we’realways in their attention and met quickly. You can tell they want to make sure you not only to get what you order, but that youhave an amazing experience too. While we were waiting for food many takeout orders were coming and going and they were all takencare of like family and one even got help loading a large order into their car.\n\nNow for the food. We ordered the panang currywith chicken and the cashew sauce with tofu, both were absolutely delicious. The curry was excellently prepared and seasoned tothe point I just wanted to lick the bowl clean. The cashew sauce was just as good; it was absolutely delicious and also full offlavor without being too heavy or overwhelming.
