I asked for a 6 inch turkey sub with provolone on wheat bread with lettuce, lite spinach, extra pickles, mayo and salt. It was a... curbside order because I am sick and cannot go in to watch them make it. The bread was so dry, I could hardly bite through itand there was more mayo on the sandwich than lettuce. I called and politely told them the situation and asked if they couldremake it. They said yes and asked me to tell them the order again so I did. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Rightas I'm pulling up, they give me a call back saying they cannot do a refund but they can give me a discount on my next sandwich.I didn't ask for a refund.. Thought we would stop at this subway in Farwell,Michigan, as the subway in Clare did a great job in making our subs about a week... ago. No so much in Farwell. We will not be stopping at this location any more. The girl was very snobby, as if she did not wantto be there. She was making our subs and said, you need to tell me how many subs you want, as it is faster to make two than onesub at a time. I said, why didn't you ask me what we wanted before you started. Clean, updated sub shop in the back portion of the mobile station. Friendly but perhaps inexperienced staff.
These guys make the best subs, they don't skimp on toppings! You leave on a full tummy and the staff are so nice
The man we had making our subs was very friendly. We joked and it was very enjoyable.
I enjoy Subway and the staff here is friendly which makes it better to get my food. When I order online, it's done very quickly... which makes it convenient for me to order, leave my home to go to Subway, and I can pick it up. Read more
The older girl was a straight up B and rude as all get out. Took almost 20 min just to get to order then got told they didn't have any bread selection except for white and wheat no... discount for not having what I wanted I should of just said no thanks... sandwich wasnt impressive at all. used to come in hereall the time for subs with no problems and even with a line of customers would never wait more then 10 min now it seems longerand longer each visit not to mention there was more then 1 person working but only 1 of them was taking customers it looked likesmh get your act together Read more
