Stood there for about 15 minuets nobody would help me. I gave up and went to McDonald's across the street. That was the first... time I was in a Jack's and it will be the last. I'll never go in one again Read more
Got my order wrong unsurprisingly. Had to drive back and get my fries that they forgot. Only reason for 2 stars is they did fix... the issue but its not the first time this has happened. So be prepared to have to get your order fixed. Love wasting my time andgas. Read more
Food (fried chicken and milk shake) and service were both good
