Got my order wrong unsurprisingly. Had to drive back and get my fries that they forgot. Only reason for 2 stars is they did fix... the issue but its not the first time this has happened. So be prepared to have to get your order fixed. Love wasting my time andgas. Read more
Food (fried chicken and milk shake) and service were both good
We have eaten at this Jack's three times...once for breakfast and twice for lunch. We are extremely impressed with the quality... of the food and service and the affordable prices! Great job, Jack's! Read more
They completely messed up my order. My food was not even in the bag. I have tried to give this location multiple chances but... outside of breakfast they can not get an order correct. Breakfast shift is always on point and very nice. Afternoon or dinnershift is seriously lacking. Read more
We got cream cheese apple pies. They were awesome. Nice drive through person too. Friendly and polite.
Unless you go during lunch rush your foods usually cold & old!! If I go there I ask them to cook my food fresh!! They do have... awesome chicken fingers when freshly cooked & when they actually make a complete order!! Ugh....last time I went I got 2 & aquarter of a chicken finger!! Read more
Considering the amount of people there at the time really good and fast service. On the other hand I got the 8 pic nuggets and... fries. Y?all need to call that a snack the lid to my 20oz coke was big than the nuggets. Read more
