We had a group of 15, we had traveled to play volleyball at Bevill. The staff was trying to hold it together, until orders were... wrong. They were very aggravated and rude so most of us just ate whatever they gave us, even if it was wrong. When we told themabout missing orders they just said ?they are cooking it? then never brought it. At the very end, one girl still didn?t have herfood so we told the lady and she walked back there and grabbed the bag that had been sitting there. We spent 2 hours therewaiting on food, and some still had to eat on the bus. Very poor service. Read more
Decided to try Sonic after school this afternoon with my little girl. We actually got service today so I was surprised! Twice... before we have left empty handed because no one would wait on us. We press the red button, we get the "we'll be with you in amoment" message, and no one ever comes. Once we waited 10 minutes and left, another time we waited 20 minutes and left. Mydaughter was in tears because she wanted ice cream. I do not know if they are shorthanded (which is still no excuse) or if theyare only filling orders from the app instead of people who actually drive in to order, but I have not been impressed with ourlocal Sonic in a long time because of issues with service. Was told ice cream machine had run out about 15 minutes before closing. My guess is they cleaned it out early to close.
Ordered $30 worth of food, waited over 30 minutes and never got our order. I went to the door and they couldn't even find our... order. They were not short-handed, I counted 7 people in there. Read more

30 minutes I waited for an order ahead. Took 15 minutes to find out there was only one carhop. Turns out my order had already... been ready and they didn't send it because all the school kids were getting drinks/ice cream. At least five someone the optionto retrieve their own food if needed. No reflection on staff because I am unsure of the amt of people working that day but 20 min to get my order is unacceptable in... my opinion. That's my only complaint. Read more
