After working there for 3 years this is what I can share with you: 1. The store is clean, always does good on inspections. 2.... Some employees do a lot better at their job than others, this is unfortunate since they all receive the same training yet someSandwich Artists consistently make sloppy sandwiches or have a bad attitude. 3. Don't be afraid to be picky, if they make yoursandwich sloppy or carelessly they will remake the sandwich for you for FREE. 4. DO THE COOKIE SURVEYS! Each receipt has anoffer for 2 free cookies if you do the survey, this way you can also let the management know which employees are doing well andwhich need to be re-trained, all while remaining anonymous. As a former employee I URGE you to to do the survey, your feedbackis the only thing that can directly affect whether or not the problems you have with the store or the service you receive getattention they need.
