Bad location for a Chuck-fil-A. Now with that being said the food is always fresh and delicious but this place might as well... not even have an inside. I've heard they're moving away from this format anyways and they've been trying to get away from thislocation for a while. Anyways they have people standing outside to take your order the problem is unless you know the menu byheart you better know what you want before you talk to these people because they're not very well educated on the menu either. Not an overall bad place but just double check to make sure they give you the sauces you asked for. Way better than McDonald'sor Whataburger in the area. Read more
I guess the price went up on my regular order, i was $1.50 short and the older hispanic lady working the drive through was so... kind, even though i was embarrassed, she assured i let her pay the difference so she didn?t have to cancel my order. They forgot one of our sandwiches on 6/26/2022 (trx# 6066) and I didn't find out until we got home. Their customer service was... not very friendly, didn't apologize, and gave stock responses. They offered a refund, and initially offered a free dessert butwithdrew that offer for reasons I don't know including claiming to not find us in the app. Also they asked for my credit cardnumber instead of looking it up, so I had to wait until I had time to call back when I had my credit card ready. Their food isgood but I found their customer service to be a little fake like their saying of "my pleasure". Read more
My goodness, the drive thru here still sucks. It's been 10-12 years since I came to this location and it's still awful. Plus the... chicken is way overpriced. Perhaps to pay for the innumerable workers inside. It used to be so good but other fast food caughtup and is lapping CFA now. I've heard rumors that this one is getting a renovation or replacement and goodness gracious, itneeds it. Read more
Born again eater. I?ve been wanting chick fil a on a Sunday for 3 years now. So finally Wanting on a Saturday I took my kids and... we shared a spicy chicken sandwich and a 4 pack of strips with 3 waters. The chicken was so good we came back for 2 more spicysandwiches. This location has a dining room yet it?s closed and given no reason on the sign outside. It would be nice to have an explanation... and an end date to your closure. I don?t want drive thru, I?d like to utilize the seating area. Read more
