We went to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday and also my oldest daughter's husband's birthday. The service was extremely... slow and we did not get all of what we ordered. My mom's food was also not made the way she requested. They did fix her orderhowever. Our waitress was very friendly but our drinks were rarely refilled and we found it difficult to get her to come to ourtable to fill them. The manager did come and apologize to us, which we did not request, and we let him know we did not receivesome of our items and asked if he could please just remove them from our ticket and he did. Overall we had a great time visitingwith family. We did come later in the evening but we still expected more efficient service. Read more

I placed my order on the app and it had an error and it told me I had to place it again so I did. I then called the store and... asked about my order and they where confused because it said I had two orders. When I was asking questions about the secondorder she was confused and we sat in silence for about 2 minutes. After this I ended the call and arrived at the store. Theythen brought out the food and brought both drinks for the orders. I then asked if I would be charged for the second order as Idid not wont it. I then had to have a second person come out to check if they had the right information. When I said everythingwas good she said the manager was to busy to have time to talk to me for a few minuets and get the refund done. She also saidthat they would call me at about 7:30 to 8:00 pm 2 hours after i had got my food. I said yes and left but 8pm rolled around nocall. I ended up calling at 8:40 and they had said that the manager did not want to call me back and tell me the refund wasdone. This was very unprofessional and is sad to see. Read more
Excellent, as always. We came here about a year ago and were not impressed at all. We decided to give them another try and we... were not disappointed. Ordered from UberEats and this arrived literally as hard as a rock, solid frozen delivery and tasted like it?s been in the... freezer for a long time with other foods. The cake absorbed the other food smell and made me want to puke. Just pathetic. Read more
