Ordered online, was a few minutes late picking up my order. Part of order was missing. Called several times before anyone could... answer ( this was 2 in the afternoon, not weekday lunch rush) Spoke to female who was rude and then she gave me to the "shiftlead" who didnt know how to refund my credit card for missing items. He stated his shift was over in 20 minutes and he wouldbring it by on his way home . I work 5 minutes from the location and could clock out and leave again to pick items up) . Worst service I have ever received. Rude, Burnt sandwich, managers would not even listen... corporate says someone will call you... back, but they do not! Hung up on repeatedly at least 15 times! Never to return to this place! I will go down the street toJersey Mikes! Read more
Ordered a small and a medium sandwich, and 2 waters. Totaled nearly 20 bucks. They tried to charge us 5 bucks for drinks we... didn't order, then acted really put out when we pointed it out. So far, we have been sitting here for over 10 mins waiting forour two little sandwiches and we are the ONLY people in here. My company ordered 15 sandwiches on Wednesday for today (Friday). First off, the customer service was horrid, we called... Wednesday night to confirm the online order and were told we would have to call back on Friday morning to confirm our alreadypaid for order. After calling at open (10am) we were told ?we?re short staffed and if we get ?monkey stomped? we won?t be ableto make them? so we were told that the order we have already paid for, which was only 15 cold 6? subs with chips. EVERY SINGLEORDER WAS WRONG. It?s like the staff just completely ignored the orders that were filled out. Never disappointed when I get a chance to stop in. If only we didn't have franchise here. Employee making our sandwiches was so... pleasant to interact with. My Italian sandwich was so good that when my 15 year old tasted mine in the car had me go back inand get her one of her own!!! Read more
I was in the mood for a salad and wasn't interested in a pre-made from Walmart, so I decided stop by here instead. It most... definitely hit the spot as i forgot how good the salads are from here. Really good hot sub sandwiches. The Engineer was spectacular-turkey, swiss, and mushrooms. The restaurant was clean and well... maintained, and the service was very quick. This place is very kid friendly. They do have delivery via the Waitr app. I wouldhighly recommend for a quick meal or to grab something to go. Read more
