The poor waitress was the only waitress on shift for a busy Saturday lunch. She had so many tables. Thankfully the hostess and a... gentleman were helping and the tables were understanding, but I wish there had been a manager or owner step up to help theirstaff. 2nd time in a row the burger buns weren?t toasted-changes dynamic of the burger taste. They also switched up their frysupplier to one far less superior. The bbq boneless chicken was the best part. Probably won?t be back for sometime due toslipping food and undervalued staffing. Absolutely terrible service. Never coming back. Me and my group came in at 7:30 and waited for 45 minutes just to order our... food. After we ordered we waited over an hour to receive our food. 2 people didn?t even get their food. Not once did they askhow everything was. Then when we complained about our bad experience they blew us off some more and the manager was terriblyrude. Never in my life will i ever come back to grubs in Fayetteville. Big thumbs down. Visited on the recommendation of friends. Place could use a little renovation but servers were nice and food did not disappoint
I haven't visited this location in a long long long time, especially when Uptown opened up due to local of where I was living. I... miss the nostalgia of the building and the atmosphere that comes with it. I'm glad to see that Olivia has transitioned fromUptown to hear plus she remembered both my daughter and me. The food was awesome as usual and it's always good when you have agood server that cares about her customers instead of the potential money to be made. My kid's and I may visit this locationmore often based on their mood in addition to finances. Read more
Great bar and Grill in Fayetville. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich ( comes with bacon, pickles, lettuce, onion, and pepper... Jack cheese) and fries. Was very tasty. Read more
