Food is always delicious, but I waited 23 minutes for 4 subs with 3 normal orders ahead. I'm assuming they had one experienced... person training 2 (line and front) at the same time. Sunday lunch rush is not the best time for training new unless it's theonly staff they have. Edit: after seeing a response, we went again the next Sunday and they had 5 people working. Wait time wasdrastically reduced to less than 10 minutes from ordering despite a larger crowd. Adding both stars back for not just asking forfeedback, but actually addressing the situation. Read more
I have to admit I am giving this a one star only for the fact that the subs were delicious. This is the 2nd time that we have... received poor customer service. The 2 young girls (same ones each visit) acted as though our coming in was an inconvenience.Since the store is open until 7pm, when customers walk in at 6:50pm they should not be made to feel as though they dont want tomake people a sub. Also, to top it off their was inappropriate music on in the store that as an adult made me blush. I willthink twice before going to this location!! Read more
Horrible parking lot. It is packed and hard to navigate at lunch time. Parked far away and walked in at 12:20 to an empty... restaurant to have them make me a sandwich and then turn me away after it was made because all I had was a $50 bill to pay with.Without even checking the register to see if they can make change... was told it is written on the door. TJ's sandwich show downthe road is way better anyhow. Read more

Friendly attitude, but correct mask-wearing was not a strong part of their customer service. Sandwiches taste good. They... actually messed up my order, realized it as I was about to leave, and made me the correct one...so I got to keep an extrasandwich. We get takeout at this restaurant about one a week and plan to keep doing it. Read more
I love their beach club unwich. I don't know why it tastes so good, but it is delicious.
Disgusting. Don?t get the wheat bread if you?re gonna eat this water flavored sandwich. Honestly just go to Jersey Mike?s or... Moe?s or hell, even Subway. This food is so bad I legit cried halfway thru my #11 and washed it down w a bland lemonade. Read more
