The staff asking for a 15 percent minimum tip at a drive through restaurant is so unprofessional. They ask you for a tip every... time BEFORE they even make your food but AFTER you?ve paid? the one time I said no they didn?t put the meat I ordered on mynachos. Overpriced already but also expect to tip at least 15 percent in a drive through if you don?t want to receive attitudeor an incorrect order. Are the owners not paying their staff or what? Bonkers to me.. a tip jar at the second window after Ireceive my order at least makes some sense, but I mean what the heck it?s a drive through. Read more
Writing this as a Door Dasher. I have dashed here on many occasions and always had a good experience. Today I pull up to the... window around 11:20am. I wait about 4 mins without acknowledgement until somebody else pulls up behind me for the guy working toeven look my way. I tell him I have two orders to pick up for doordash and before I can even finish my sentence he's telling meto pull around because he's still working on it and he needs to take the order of the person behind me. No problem. I pullaround to the second window and I wait about 5 mins and he hands me one of the orders and quickly closes the window. So I wait.He comes back a few mins later and asks if I have another order. I tell him I did. He says it's ready I just need to park andwalk to the patio to pick it up, so that he can serve the customer behind me first. I ask him if it's ready right behind him whyhe can't just hand it to me. He tells me he's not going to argue with me and to move out of the way. I ask him to just give methe order if it's ready and that I won't go to the patio. He tells me he's going to give me a one star review, he's going tocall doordash to get me fired, and that he makes more money than me for some reason. I tell him ok. So I wait. About 5 moreminutes when he finally brings me my order. Dashers and others that deliver food beware of Mangos.
