Stop here often on the way out of NWA headed south to fuel up and grab a burger a couple times a week... ordered a meal today ... with fries and a drink instead of just a burger. Asked for one condemn for my French fries and was told .32 cents. I will neverorder another thing for this price gouging facility!! I know this doesn't mean much to them..but the lady behind the counterwas a total tool...and I will never give you another dime of my hard earned money... If only 0 were an option. I got off work and went to this McDonald?s and they would not take my order for me. She told me I had... to use the kiosk. We ordered breakfast thru the app for curbside. When we got there, the line at the drive thru was long so when we pulled into a... curbside spot we were prepared to wait. Much to our surprise our order was delivered within 5 minutes. The food was hot andfresh and the hashbrowns were perfect...crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Best food from any McDonald's I've ever had. Always cooked fresh. Only complaint is some of the employees are rather immature.
I usually don?t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to this time. After kindly asking the lady at the register to add sauces to... my order she did and charged me Accordingly. When my order was called out, what appeared to be the manager during the 11:30shift on Monday May 30th (she was wearing the grey shirt) placed my order on the counter. I quickly checked to make sureeverything was correct and noticed my sauces (which I paid for) where missing. I waiting patiently to ask for them when the ladywalked up to me and asked what I needed I let her know what I was missing to what she responded VERY RUDLY ? we charge forsauces? gave me a very ugly stare and then proceeded to grab the sauces. All I could respond was ? I did ask for them in thefront? I mean, did she even look at my ticket before assuming I didn?t pay for them!? I should have just handed her my receiptand asked for an apology but I think a review holds more weight! Not that it?ll matter since this location seems to have a lotof bad reviews anyways! Read more
I just had the best McDonald's experience. The floor wasn't slippery with grease, they were fast, nice, and helpful. The only... employee that I saw a name tag on was Anna. :) Definitely better than the McDonald's in my town. Read more
I prefer writing positive reviews but this store is in a great location and should be thriving. We stopped in for a drink and... the restroom (no toilet paper according to my wife). This relatively new facility seemed unorganized and inefficient. Folkswere coming in from the drive thru line to get orders they were unable to get at the window for some reason. Folks enteredorders on the kiosks and then stood around way to long waiting. Time for management to look into the operations side of things.Employees were pleasant. They need leadership (just my opinion). Read more
