My wife and I were door dashing, we excepted an order and got there fairly quickly because traffic was really light. We arrived... around 10:00 pm and the customer line was backed up to the street. We sat in line for 30 minutes because the line just wasn'tmoving. Finally we get to the drive-through line and made it to the outside menu to order, where the guy inside taking orderssaid it would be a few minutes and asked us to wait. We waited another 15 minutes to tell them we had a door dash. We noticedthat they were taking other orders from the other outside menu and skipping us so we cut in line and made our way to the firstwindow. We sat there in the car for another 10 minutes. Finally they came to the window and we told him we had a door dashorder. He replied with: Yes we have it, it is ready please pull up to the next window. So we did, but then the lady at the nextwindow said please pull up to the crosswalk so we did. Then we waited for another 45 minutes before getting the ordered food. Inthe time (45 minutes) of waiting we counted 8 other customers behind us pick up online orders. Finally they brought out theorder that we were to pick up, the order that was supposed to be ready 45 minutes earlier. The bag was cold, cold like it hadsat in a refrigerator cold. We kept the customer up to date on their order status. We delivered the customer's order less than 2miles down the street, where we handed him his order. The customer contacted door dash who then contacted us to complain thathis order was very cold. We sat there at McDonald's for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for cold refrigerated food to be handed tous. This is so unacceptable, if this was my business I would be firing some employees (most likely all of them) and woulddefinitely be give them all a drug test. This place is ridiculous. I?ve been in the drive thru for 40 minutes with a mobile app order. The workers were extremely rude.... All of them as if I was an inconvenience. I?m pretty sure that one of them was the manager. I will never go here again. Read more
