Pulled up to drive through and person taking order mumbles, proceeded to order and was cut off and informed I was told it would... be a minute. When finally allowed to order, was cut off on first thing I ordered, and when informed I was not done orderingperson taking order continued to be short and snappy. At that point ended up telling them to cancel my order. Not a good way toretain customers. Decided to go to MCdonalds on 265 and 412 and received great service. Read more
Not a bad McDonald's the order accuracy was far better than other McDonald's. Which honestly is a key point when I visit a fast... food place. Has a play place that my 2 boys had a great time at. its not massive but it's enough for kids to have a good timeand play for a little while after they eat. Staff was Fairly friendly and cleanliness was in good shape. If your looking to getgood order accuracy and keep your kids entertained at a Fairly clean McDonald's for a little while this McDonald's is prolly agood place to stop at. Read more
Don't normally go to mcds except for breakfast. Decided to try it today and it is awful. I asked for no ketchup on my burger... I'm not sure if it made them mad because it was a special order but the mustard was running out the burger. I squeezed quite abit out of it. Eating area and drinks station big mess. Me and another customer picked up trash from drink station. Cleaningperson in low gear. Not sure what other customers issues were but saw 2 different ladies with kids walk out mad. Read more
A glance at reviews will tell you everything you need to know. Hopefully you make the correct judgement call. We ordered 40... nuggets for a tiny gathering we were having. We ate 3 and threw them all away. They tasted soggy and not even fully cooked. Theywere beyond disgusting. That?s enough for me to determine we are done with this location. Read more
Food was fresh and delicious and made to my specifications correctly but the guy in the drive thru was quite rude and kept... interrupting me about the sauce I wanted for my son happy-meal but other than that I liked it. Also it's the closest McDonald'snear my home. Read more
This review comes from a former shift manager for the franchise 5 years ago. As I entered the lot, I noticed it was packed, but... to be fair, it was lunch peak. I got inside, and immediately noticed both the drive thru and front counter runner screens had afull 8 on them, as well as kitchen main side, with second side not in use. I knew it was gonna take awhile, but was okay fornow. I placed my order at the kiosk with no issue, as there was a line for counter. As I watched while waiting, I noticed morethings. With over 10 people on shift, the second side should've been being used. There was confusion in the drive thru with afew things. I like that the runner generally stayed on screen, not pre-bumping everything, good job there for sure. After 17minutes equating to 1020 seconds, my order is bumped and the number is called, time to eat. All my food was accurate, and basedon quality, I'll say they didn't exceed the timers, so that's another thumbs up, though the fries did border it. The lobbycleanliness was acceptable, bathroom was good and smelled good too, but the beverage section needed attention, with trash anddroplets everywhere. The sweet tea ran out during my visit. The unsweetened tea had no date stickers for the liner nor the tea,a health code violation. Another couple more things to note. The order screens did improve, but only a little. The digital menuscreen inside was all out of service. The drive thru runner screen (didn't look at window) went down twice, full reboot. Thoseneed to be fixed urgently. As I left, there were over 10 cars in the drive thru waiting to order, also with full drive thruscreen. I did notice parking cars was being utilized, so that's good. I've been to this McDonald's multiple times with minor issues that weren't too big of a deal to me before but this last time was... bad. Its 4pm, I just worked for 12 straight hours, trying to get fast easy food on my way home. My roommate/coworker and Idecided this would be a good option and she mentions a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich sounding good so I decide to get theclassic chicken deluxe sandwich. We get the meals, medium fries but large mcfrappes. The one who took our order was nice, goteverything right on screen. They didn't give us our receipt which was weird but not a big deal. The man at the second window,was rude. He was very curt and a bit dismissive. We asked for one thing of buffalo sauce and he sighed like he was annoyed andsaid, "that'll be 32 cents." and then looked impatient with us while we counted out some change for a single sauce packet. Idon't mind paying for it if that's a thing they charge for (though, I thought they only charged for extra sauces? not one singlesauce?) but he didn't have to be rude about it. Additionally, out order was wrong. The drinks they gave us were mediums, notlarge. But since he handed it to us and then basically dismissed us and closed the window, we didn't bother. We also didn't havethe receipt. But what really annoyed me about this trip was the way both sandwiches were marked as regular chicken sandwichdeluxe, no spicy one. So my roommate accepted it and ate one of the sandwiches while I was doing something and then I took onebite of my sandwich, finally ready to eat, and it was spicy, just mislabeled. Appetite ruined, I couldn't eat the sandwich. Ijust ate my fries and had to throw the rest away. I hate wasting food and I hate writing bad reviews, but this was honestlyunacceptable. Read more
Probably one of the worst experiences I?ve had in awhile from here. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals, when... we got our order, we received 2 things of fries half full and a sandwich that wasn?t what we ordered. I can understand messingit up, but we went back through a second time to correct it, they took the food back, and then gave us another wrong order? Wedid just take what they had because we weren?t going to try for a third time, but honestly I?m just disappointed. Read more
