Visited 10/2 Ordered 2 vegan pizzas over the phone and said the word vegan to confirm the ingredients were vegan because I have... a dairy allergy. The pizza came with Parmesan cheese on top. I noticed after eating a couple slices that there was cheesesprinkled on top. The cook admitted to sprinkling it on top but the manager tried to convince me it was ?cornmeal?. I was alsoserved an alcoholic beverage while sitting at the bar waiting for my pizza to be cooked. I was not carded nor did I say I wantedthe top shelf rum up charge in my mock tail. I did not see another drink called the Pineapple Express so the confusion whetheror not the drink listed as a mock tail should have alcohol in it is simply poor training and hazardous to the company?sliability. Luckily I?m not pregnant but I am driving cross country and had to sober up in the parking lot before driving awayfrom the restaurant. My check was refunded. Manager hung up on me and refused to answer my additional two calls for moreinformation to talk to higher manager. So extremely unprofessional and dangerous to those with food allergies or simply don?twant to consume alcohol. Read more
Been a frequent patron at this Mellow for years. Always consistent with top shelf service! Food is always fresh, cooked... perfectly, and a step above the other pizza places. Great beer selection and always new mixed drinks to try. ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Read more
Excepting Shitake mushroom pie/pizza, rest of the dishes we ordered were average in taste. Anyway, it's a nice place to dine in... and the service is good. Read more
We used to really like mellow mushroom. They do still have some of the best crust. The Fayetteville location has been... increasingly slow, and this time was the worst. Half the dining area was closed. There were only a handful of tables on aTuesday night, and it was still over an hour from the time we were seated to the time our pizza showed up. Read more
Quick curbside service and the pizza was still hot when I got home! Update: Attention was very poor in my latest visit. My... order was done 20 minutes after it was promised. It appears that one pizza had to be re-done, since I arrived home with one hotand one cold. No apologies. No explanation. Just, "Here's your pizza." Read more
Never been to a Mellow Mushroom before and not sure what took me so long. Had an awesome first experience. Our waitress was... great, the food was out of the ballpark good, and the price for what you get is super reasonable. Very impressed and lookingforward to my next visit in the future. Read more
Visited with friends to celebrate promotion at work for one my friend. ???? Great service and friendly staff!!! Ordered beers,... burgers, chicken wings, hummus and pizzas. Garlic Parmesan wings and pineapple cider beer are my favorite. All meat and veggiespizzas are delicious. Buffalo chicken pizza could be made little better(may be I should have done customization here). Burgersare 5/5.
