I have always been a fan of Newks. I ordered some lunch at late hour through a reputed food delivery service. The food was... packed nicely but everything was cold! The loaded potato soup was very mediocre. The Italian sandwich was also not too good. Thelayered cake was the best amongst everything in this order. Usually I love salad or sandwich from Newks, but this time it wasnot up to the mark. Update: we stopped by again for brunch. The chicken salad sandwich and the Q sandwich was decent. Newk's never disappoints us. When on the road trip, this is one of the best chains to stop by to have a good meal. We have a... couple of vegans in our party but they always accommodate custom orders and it's wonderful. Great customer service, excellentfacilities and well decorated restaurant for a comfortable sit in and eat. The veggie pizza had a little more olive oil andprobably could lose half the amount.
