Pizza was missing jalapenos and sausage. I called and talked to the store manager and he wanted to give me $1.60 credit on my... account for the missing ingredients. I was just trying to get a different pizza to replace it and he wouldn't do it. Was superrude about it too. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location. It's super easy to make things right when you make a mistake,not make the customer feel guilty about trying to get it fixed. Definitely recommend Guido's or Gussanos or heck even dominosover this location. Read more

ordered a pizza via delivery and received this as the finished product, the delivery driver just handed it to us and seemed a... tad bit confused on what he was doing. I spoke to the manager and she was REALLY sweet!! and offered a refund as well as a newpizza! :) Read more

Outstanding. I had been ordering weekly from the Domino's near this store, but after a terrible experience this Halloween, I... decided to try Pizza Hut. The delivery was faster, the food quality was better, and the price was about the same. I think Ifound a new place for pizza delivery for the family! Read more

SHOCKED at the service. They got my pizza wrong, I called to get it fixed and I was called rude and was hung up on 3 times. The... "manager" even called my office to complain to the "owner", Me, about me. He proceeded to tell me that myself or any of myemployees could EVER order from PH on Wedington again. NO WORRIES!! So I ordered carryout. Went and picked it up. Should've checked. Got home, one pizza was wrong. I called about it. They said... they could make another and I could come get it. I said I was home and not getting back out and asked if they could deliver it.He said they could, but it would be like 5 bucks to deliver it. I told him that since they messed it up, they should justdeliver it and make it right. Anyways, that didn't work. He said to just call and I could get a credit for it. He said if youuse the app to just call. Apparently that was false, because I called and they said they couldn't do it because I orderedonline. So we cancelled and redid the order. I guess it all works out but wow did it have to be so difficult? Anyways, I thinkim going back to getting pizza hut from the School location. Pretty much the same distance. Read more

If I could rate this a zero I would. Let me tell you why. Everything was good at first. But then one hour later, on the app it... said that my order had been delivered. But apparently it has not. That being said, I called right because that?s what you?resuppose to do after spending $30 on something that never arrived. As they picked up, I explained myself that I had ordered pizzaand on the app it said it had been delivered. The lady that answered said ?hold on let me get my manager, which I said okay andI was fine with because obviously it more than what she can probably do. The second person answered and instead of proceedingwith questions to confirm it had been dropped off on the right location, she said ?I did, I rung the door bell and it?s on yourporch.? I told her well obviously it was the wrong place. Said said on quote ?well idk what to tell you, it was dark and I justfollow what?s on my GPS?. She could of approached this situation way better in the first place but she did not and thereforemade one bitter customer. I just want to clear things up, I?m not mad at the fact that they delivered my food to the wronghouse, I?m actually genuinely satisfied at that part because some family just got free pizza to probably feed their kids with !!Im more upset at this location of how unprofessional and rude they were about correcting the matter. To finish things up theydidn?t give me a discount nor did they get my order right. I normally don?t write a paragraph when I have a bad experience at aplace but I had to so y?all know what type of 50/50 experience you?ll have. Ordered a Big Dinner Box, the first thing the driver asked ?as a favor? was, ?Can you sign the receipt and add me the tip?? And... he handled the merchant copy right away. He did not made any attempts to give me my order until I did what he requested and hewas surprised when I asked for my copy of the receipt. Tip should be optional and if I did not added any when I made the order,should be signal enough to have clear i don?t want to tip. And no, it is not about the tip at the end of the day, it is how itwas ?demanded?. I may not order from here again. Read more

The Pizza Hut is about a half a block from the Homewood Suites. The Family box was ready in about 20 min tires from I place the... preset online. As far as a good Pizza Hut this one did a good job fresh and hot. Read more
