This place was a mess on 10/28. I walked in and couldn't find anyone in the building. I walked to the back and found a door.... Outside the door there were 4-5 employees. All smoking outside & talking. I was informed my order hasn't even been started. Inever saw any of them wash their hands. Another lady's order was not ready as well. When she asked for a discount or free food,the woman working asked her if she was joking. I thought this was highly rude of this employee. She clearly was ready to closeand hit the parties going on that night. She wasn't in a work uniform. I asked the lady when they closed and she said "we areclosed now". This place was gross. there was an uncooked pizza just sitting on the counter when i walked in while they were alloutside. seems very unprofessional for everyone to be outside leaving the front unattended. easy place to rob. Seems to be pretty good as far as Pizza Huts go. I got a large sausage pizza and picked it up at the time I specified on the... website when I ordered, which happened to be the minute they opened. Really appreciated that. Read more
Everytime. You'd think I would have learned before now. Always the wrong pizzas, or missing food, or just didn't get the order... at all and cheated for it...taking two weeks to get a refund. Tonight was no different, wrong crust which wasn't cooked all theway, didn't get my wings and it was all cold. Read more
