This location is terrible. It's very sad because Popeyes has some pretty dang good food. If I could give 0 this place would earn... it though. The employees are always rude and the place is never clean. Employees wearing the apron they dropped the raw chickenin also make the food. . Makes zero sense you can literally see the breading falling into the cooked food. I've given thisplace so many chances but every time we get our money back and leave. The food is really good. I had the new Blackened Spicy Chicken sandwich. It was supper tasty. It took about three minutes for... the front counter staff to even acknowledge my presence while the manager chewed on the staff for not giving out the right timesto tell applicants when to call back, then this same manager came to the front to take my order. Maybe she had a reason to beannoyed at staff, but I didn?t want to hear about it. I just wanted a nice calm lunch. I waited another 7 minutes for mysandwich, which maybe it takes that long to cook because it was hot and fresh, super good! I then had to search through thestore to find the last and only clean table to eat it at. I?d would like to give the food a five star, but the abrasiveenvironment and the dirty tables take the experience down to three stars. My advice, take the drive-through window and eat yourchicken in your car or in the park it will be much more pleasant and you can really focus on how good the food is. Read more

Food was good service very slow but wasn't the fault of the lady working counter. She was great handling the situation. Was... Sunday night about 630 she was handling all the counter orders, mobile order and grub hub orders as well. Wished I had got hername. Not that everyone else want busy they all were. This is my first time having Popeyes in at least half a decade, and the food was good. Everyone always talks about the chicken... sandwich and it's as good as they say it is. The Cajun fries are great too. My one big complaint is that it took forever for thefood to be prepared. It wasn't that busy and the drive thru line moved very slowly. Read more

What do you want first took forever to get food cashier was very rude. Took awhile to get part of our order so the rest got cold... before we ever got it. One guy left had to come back in it was wrong. The lady behind us ordered they walked away even withsomeone standing behind her looked at him and turned their backs and never spoke. They were doing grub hub orders before thepeople in there even when grub hub was not there some of those orders were still on the counter when we left 50 minutes later.We watched the drive thur not a single car left the window the whole time. Cars were blocking the road because the line nevermoved. If the manager Alicia Espinosa would get off her cell phone and do her job maybe it would run like it should. I haveworked in fast food and I know they are short handed but you can be pleasant and explain that not just turn around and act likeno one is there. I let the manager know how I felt and told her I was calling corporate she told me to go ahead she didn?t care.Get a manager in their that care about her job and employees and see if the service doesn?t get better. Orderd 40 dollars worth of food by mobile only to be told upon arrival they were out of an item, refused to offer any kind of... alternative and refused when asked to refund order. I ordered two 5 piece meals. When I asked if I pick the pieces in the box the cashier told me NO substitutions. I?ve been... ordering from Popeyes for years and never have I been told I could not substitute! What the mess is that! On to the actual foodI received, drove home 30 minutes away opened the boxes to 6 pieces of white meat chicken and 4 legs???? not a variety like thecashier carefully explained when I wanted to substitute to all dark meat. Needless to say I have a husband pretty upset since hedoesn?t eat white meat at all!???? Upsetting is an understatement for the money you pay for buying food out these days.
