I have been a loyal Puritan fan for years, but the last few months I?ve been disappointed with my experiences there. Every time... I have come in, I have to ask for at least 3 different things on the menu before I find one that they have ?in stock?. Today, Igot the burrito (my 2nd choice I asked for off the menu, after the 1st wasn?t available) but realized it looked off. When Iasked, they admitted they were out of some of the toppings they usually include with it, but hadn?t mentioned that duringordering. I love the location and atmosphere of Puritan, but have found myself going there less and less because I never know ifthey?re actually going to have the items on the menu I want, or if they will be made the same way consistently.
