Really good food! Nice staff as well. I got the Cali fish tacos and they were VERY GOOD. My boyfriend got the philli steak and... it was amazing. For appetizer we got the Boom Boom shrimp it was good just needed some more sauce. The sugar bear cocktail tastelike a melted banana pop! Read more
I have been a loyal Puritan fan for years, but the last few months I?ve been disappointed with my experiences there. Every time... I have come in, I have to ask for at least 3 different things on the menu before I find one that they have ?in stock?. Today, Igot the burrito (my 2nd choice I asked for off the menu, after the 1st wasn?t available) but realized it looked off. When Iasked, they admitted they were out of some of the toppings they usually include with it, but hadn?t mentioned that duringordering. I love the location and atmosphere of Puritan, but have found myself going there less and less because I never know ifthey?re actually going to have the items on the menu I want, or if they will be made the same way consistently. Great coffee and friendly staff. Was there for a morning meeting and not having beer, but did notice their beer menu. Extensive... selection of beer canned, bottled and on tap. Looking forward to returning and sampling their libations. Read more
The atmosphere here is to die for and is a perfect study spot. I got an iced lavender latte and the avocado toast. The toast was... just ok, the salsa verde on top was a little strange. My friends got their cinnamon rolls and they were fantastic warmed up Read more
This is an amazing hip place in the downtown area. The atmosphere is so chilled, the coffee is good. There is a nice selection... of beer on tap. I spent some time here alone chilling with my glass of iced mocha. The brownie is good. Coffee and brownie,everything is just perfect, moderately sweet. The place is great for chilling alone, working on laptop, hanging out withfriends, or even for a casual date. Highly recommended if you are around. Read more
Beautiful renovations-so well done! Floor to ceiling windows are refreshing and provide a beautiful view. Puritan is my by far... the best coffee shop / cafe in Fayetteville. The food (especially the veggie breakfast burrito and the banana bread is SOdelicious!). I was pleasantly surprised they started making their own food?a wonderful improvement. The trivia nights are areally fun atmosphere (but bring earplugs bc music is extremely loud). Absolutely recommend this spot! The earlier you go, thebetter seating you can get. Pretty packed with college students throughout the day and can be hard to find a place tosit. Critiques are: certainly need a nicer/newer/cleaner microwave and the ability to warm food for customer (instead ofcustomer doing it themselves.) And offering some yummy speciality syrups like lavender, etc., that both Onyx/ Pink House Alchemyhave locally. Offering croissants would be a huge plus. Read more
Puritan is amazing! Great selection of coffee, beer and mixed drinks. This place was already great. But they have renovated and... the place is now twice as big! And it looks better too. Just look at the pictures! Stop by when you can. This is also a place tosit and work/study. Read more
