Oh. My. LANTA - go to this place immediately, run there now! Hubby and I stopped in while in NWA on a getaway last weekend. He?s... not quite as adventurous as I am with food, so I was a little concerned that ?Latin? might not be as big a hit for him as thetraditional Mexican fare he?s accustomed to. But glad we tried - he?s a convert now! It?s a cozy space, very quaintly decorated,very clean. There were only two waitstaff handling the hosting, in addition to waiting on the dining area and the bar AND thepatio area?. But they were both hopping and no one appeared to be wanting. The young man who graciously took care of us (whosename I did not catch) had only been working there a week or two he said and he had started working there because he loved theplace so much and they were shorthanded. We were glad he did! He made a couple of great food suggestions, easily accommodated adrink substitution for me? I had the uniquely delicious Camarones Al mojo that was the perfect marriage of filling & Latinflavor. Hubby had a type of quesadilla that had had tender chicken breasts (he also tried to sneak too many ?little tastes? ofmine). We also possibly embarrassed ourselves over their queso with spinach & that black bean salsa - we agree we?d not hadanything like it before & have dreamed of it. My friend and I ate here after the NWA Pride parade and service was excellent! The waitstaff was attentive, kind, and patient.... The menu was lovely with a diverse spread of dishes, all with a high (but not unreasonable) price point. I ordered the Jose'squesadillas and my friend got the Tilapia with caper sauce. The food was delicious, hot, and beautifully plated. Not only that,but the serving was HUGE. Both my friend and I had to take half of our dishes to finish at home. Excellent unique food. Service was wonderful and the food was fresh and hot. Quesadilla with chicken, pork, goat cheese and... mango sauce was spot on. The Adventura Appetizer fed two of us completely. Ecuadorian dishes are superb. Give it a try. Pricedright and delicious. Missed the pics because we ate it all before I remembered. Read more
Great food, not service. Went on a busy Friday night, got a 3/4 full beer 10 minutes after my food. No offer for another drink,... just handed a check.. The susus enchiladas were amazing. Read more
Absolutely delicious. We did the escape room around the corner and then popped in here for lunch and it did not disappoint! I... had a quesadilla (pictured) which I thought would be a pretty basic choice and it ended up being one of the best meals I've hadin a long time. The specialty soda was also delicious! Read more
Adorable setting, intriguing atmosphere, beautifully plated food. Extremely slow wait staff, mediocre flavor - a bit bland, and... somewhat pricey for the fare. It was a celebratory dinner that left us feeling deflated and unfulfilled. Maybe an off nightbeing a Monday? Not sure. Just don't know if it's the $100 dinner we were hoping for. Read more
Went for an anniversary dinner for the family it was a great experience the food was tasty, not very traditional but... unconventionally delicious. The customer service was excellent and they have good drink specials. I recommend checking it out! Read more
I had an excellent time at Rolando?s. I had a jalapeño margarita, Lulas enchiladas, and a sopapilla dessert. All were great... tasting and the presentation of the enchiladas was so good I had to take a picture. Steven was very attentive and consistentlychecking on me. Thank you for a great night. Read more
