I love Thai Food! I remember going to this place about a year ago and really liking the food. I decided to come back to show my... brother who is visiting from out of town. It was so disappointing. The service was unlike anything I?ve ever experienced in arestaurant. We had our food to-go. The front desk lady was really frustrated that we didn?t order over the phone, she was reallyrude and short with us, and really snappy. We didn?t understand why. It made us both super uncomfortable, but we decided tostill get food. Honesty, there are so many good Thai places in Fayetteville. If you want good Thai Food, I recommend Thai Spiceor Taste of Thai, or really anywhere with decent customer service. The food is not worth the bad time :( Read more

After hiking, we went to a Thai restaurant and I ordered Pad Thai. The servings got a lot of sauce which is good!
Our experience tonight was BEYOND disappointing. I am an avid supporter of this business and frequently recommend them to... friends of mine. After ordering take out and being told on the phone that it would be 15-20 minutes until ready, we arrived andwere told it was almost ready. I noticed 3 other Togo orders after me arrive and were told the same, that their food was almostready. While waiting these others were taken care of and given their orders and after 20 minutes of no explanation and waitingin the lobby we were finally told that someone who ordered before us had taken OUR order and would be coming back to get theirorder. I then asked if we were expected to take the food that was brought back from the customer who paid for and took the wrongorder, and was told ?yes she hasn?t touched it I think?. I told her that was not acceptable only to receive attitude abouthaving the kitchen cook again. We watched the lady she called back to the restaurant bring in a mangled/messy bag of the wrongfood (our order). In these times of sickness and health being high priority it was disappointing that this was the expectation. We were then charged full price for our food after waiting an hour for fresh food to be made. Absolutely no compensation for ourexperience, and lack of consideration. I had lunch here and enjoyed it. The meal started with a complimentary cup of soup, which was a simple broth with rice and... cilantro. My entree was Pad Thai with pork; I ordered it "hot", which was one notch below "Thai hot" and was about how I likespice wise. There was a decent amount of pork in it. The noodles seemed a bit overcooked. Service was a little slow and curt,and the room seemed a bit warm. Despite these complaints, I'd go back for the good food. Read more
Love Salathai!!! The food is great, one of the best Thai restaurants in NWA. Don?t expect anything fancy, it?s a hole in the... wall restaurant, but the food is super good, proving that little family run restaurants rock! The owner is super nice, alwaysmaking sure you have everything you want and that you are satisfied. If you have a special request they are always happy to makeit. The service is fast and attentive. If they had six stars I?d give it to them. Read more
