We litterly had the slowest service ever. All we ordered was a milk shake. No need to cook it or anything. I used app to per... order and pick up. Still waited well over 10 minutes to get it brought to our car. Not sure I will stop at this location anytimein the near future. Read more
my order got messed up but got corrected, the server apologized for the mishap so all ended well. Food was good and hot.

I've been going to Sonic in Elkins, Ar. ever since i first moved here 18 years ago (it was the only fast food place within a... 20-mile radius.) Yesterday, a very nice employee named Beatrice saw my dog and complimented how beautiful she was and offered mea "pup cup". Never heard of this before, so of course I wanted it for my dog!! My dog is my baby, so this made my day, so I madeher day as well by saying I'd leave a review saying how amazing she was! Thank you for hiring this beautiful soul! Just had the worst customer service :/ my food came out cold and I also waited for a very long time. I?m not usually one to... complain but Athena came out and pretty much threw the food in my car! This sonic has the absolute worst customer service of all of them. I literally sat at a stall for over 5 minutes with the red... light blinking as 4 other cars who pulled in AFTER me were being served. I finally went through the drive through lane as Istill wasn?t getting a response from anyone, and ordered. Also letting her know that the stall might be broken and she proceededto say ?there?s only three of us, so I stopped taking orders? like, WHAT!?? I was baffled. I then told her how she took othersorders who came in after me, which is what made me think it was broken. She said ?I?ll check it out, thanks? and after that,silence. The problem wasn?t that they were short staffed, in fact, I feel bad for people who have to work when it?s shortstaffed, because I worked in food service and customer service for years and that situation truly stinks. BUT, if people explainthat to me- I am more than happy to wait and willing to do so. The problem was that I waited and waited with no response andfinally when I got a response, it was an ugly one. There was no apology for the wait, and instead got the response of ?I stoppedtaking orders? AT least let customers know you?re short staffed while they are waiting on their order to be taken, I promisethat MOST people will resonate and understand. This isn?t my first run in with this Sonic, y?all. Most of the time, the personover the intercom is short and rude. But there have been a few times where we have encountered some really nice employees here,and it makes me sad for those people that they have to work in such a toxic environment. If you really want Sonic.. take a fewextra minutes to drive to the one on Crossover. Their customer service is incredible and they are super great, every time.
