Always great food. Often WAY less packed than McDonald?s and honestly, I prefer the burgers here. Pickles actually taste like... pickle and not mushy green tissue paper, burgers are juice and flavorful and I never leave hungry. It?s not the fastest drivethrough but it?s worth a few extra minutes for a tasty burger. The staff here also ALWAYS gets my order right! Plus they?refriendly :) Read more

Their fries really need to be seasoned, they're so thin that they get cold fast and you just don't feel like eating them after.... Their burgers and onion rings are fantastic and their shakes are worth the money! Sometimes they're slow to get food out whenthey got a line so I recommend if you want to take out then get anything but the fries. If you have the time to dine in thenenjoy! Read more
Horrible experience! They didn't give us all our food. Asked up to bag it all back up so they could inspect it themselves. I... said absolutely not. I showed the girl how the burgers were made wrong as well. She proceeded to ask to see all the food and putit back in the bag. She spoke Spanish to her coworker which upset us even further making us out to be liars. The two Spanishgirls should be disciplined for their actions if not terminated. priced well. very courteous compared to competition. burgers are awesome. but my fries are almost always cold. therefore I dont... go often. This was the first time we have been to Steak 'n Shake in a long time. We were looking for fast food nearby and were surprised... to see Steak 'n Shake! We didn't know it was there. We both had the double cheeseburger combo. Our order was ready in a veryshort time, and the food was very good. I liked the crunch of the bun from heating it briefly on the grill. The lettuce andtomato were very fresh, and the hamburgers were cooked well. I had onion on mine, and it was fresh and sweet. We liked the thinfries. They were cooked perfectly and were not loaded with salt and seasonings. The man who took our order brought our hot foodout and continued to check to see if we needed refills or anything else. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Now thatwe know it's there, we'll be sure to return soon. Good fresh food, good service and clean! Give Steak 'n Shake a visit! Read more
Came right before close to grab dinner for us and the kid, because I work closing shift at my own job. We had to wait 30 minutes... to even receive our food! We paid extra for triple bacon burger, that didn?t even have three Pattie?s. Paid extra for cheesefries, that we didn?t get. The fries were trash. We called, 4 minutes after close. Only 2 minutes after leaving the drive thru.The man we spoke to, I believe he was the manager, did not sound like he cared at all. He said we can come another day for?cheese sauce and fries? and didn?t care about anything else my husband had to say. Let me add, when dennys messed up our Ubereats order, their manager was willing to drive to our house after close at 1 in the morning to personally deliver our food toensure we had a good experience. It just shows that the restaurants, and the managers, that do care WILL do what it takes tomake things right by their customers. After we get our replacement order (hopefully correct) we will never be coming back tothis location again. Edit to add: went back the following day, the same manager we dealt with the night before was there and wasrude again. He replaced two of the items that were on our order last night, but since we ?got? everything else he wouldn?treplace anything else. Even though the non cheese fries we did get last night had been cold and disgusting, he wouldn?t replacethose either. When my husband asked to speak to someone above him he said he?s the only manager working there, that there is noone above him.
